With over 30 years of experience in the personal development space, Tom has dedicated his life to helping individuals unlock their potential and step into their highest selves. His journey began at the age of 19 when he completed the Dale Carnegie Course for Effective Speaking and Human Relations, which sparked his passion for facilitating growth in others. He later became an instructor for the course, marking his first significant step in guiding others on their transformational journeys.

Tom’s commitment to self improvement and mastery continued as he attended Tony Robbins’ Mastery University and joined the team for several Unleash the Power Within events. There, he learned and applied advanced transformational techniques, honing his ability to empower individuals to break through personal barriers and achieve lasting change.
A Certified Facilitator with Man on Fire, Tom specializes in helping men embrace their full, embodied, healthy masculine energy. He believes that men play a pivotal role in leading global growth and healing while supporting and honoring the sacred feminine.

Energy Healing
Tom has been in the energy healing space for over 20 years, first as a Reiki Master, an energy modality he discovered while traveling to Australia.
He also received energy transmissions through a Native American Shaman while there, who told him he was to be a spiritual leader of his generation, something he found difficult to believe at the time but has begun to accept as a sacred responsibility.
He has spent years facilitating his clients in his men's coaching business with Consciousness Exercises to experience the 12 Stages of Healing, from Suffering through to Oneness.
Recently adding the powerful Kundalini Activation modality to his toolkit he's excited to bring healing and enlightenment to those souls that are ready to receive it.
Tom has also found that removing trapped emotions through kinesthetic muscle testing via The Emotion Code style healing work has been a powerful way to open up one's intuitive abilities.
